Our child care center meal plans provide our children with a healthy diet full of variety, color and key nutrients to support cognitive, social, emotional and physical development. 

The meals include fruits, whole grain cereals and breads, meats and vegetables. Healthy eating habits that begin early in childhood are more likely to continue into adulthood.
